Weakness and Strength

When I am weak, then I am strong...
When I am strong... then I am weak..

Paradoxical... but true..

We may think we have a lot of strengths, but which strength of ours can do something of  eternal value. What GOOD can we produce with what we have...

When we do 'good' it is never because of what we have..



God resists the proud.. but gives grace to the humble

Let God work through you.

Choose your sin, accept the consequence

All sin is sin... All sins have consequences..

We can choose our sins, but we cant choose the consequences..

Sometimes it may feel like we got away with something, but later on we may have to pay a heavy price for something triffle.

Finding Myself

A child delights in what he has.
A youth delights in what he does.
An adult delights in what he is.

Who are you.. Who are you trying to be.. Who would you like to be...What will be your legacy... Will it last?

Is that enough?

Forgiveness Despite Punishment

Generally, we ask for forgiveness to prevent the resulting punishment.

But the Bible says and is generally know.. "As you sow, so shall you reap"

If you are anyways, going to reap what you sow - Then why ask for forgiveness.

The USP of forgiveness is relationship and fellowship. We ask for forgiveness because Sin regardless of punishment separates us from God. God forgives and He is rich in mercy and is kind to our failures and shortcomings.

Forgiveness

The last thing we want to do in life is to ask for someone's forgiveness.. We make excuses and use every justification possible. Forgiveness requires you to firstly admit wrong..

When all else fails we ask God to forgive.. and He does.

No wonder it says, He meets us at the point of our deepest needs and heals us.
